Lead Supply Chain Associate

The Ld Supply Chain Associate takes a lead role in executing supply chainwork including receiving, inventory control, supply ordering, stocking & replenishment, and clinical equipment cleaning for all clinical and non-clinical areas of the Hospital, ensuring smooth operations. This position is required to have functional knowledge of all supply chain job areas of responsibility. This role will lead continuous improvement projects and other major supply chain initiatives under supervision and will train new and current employees in Phoenix Children's supply chain processes. This position will work with the department Supervisor to manage schedules, monitor supplies, and address issues by analyzing data, finding solutions, and communicating with all stakeholders. This role must be capable of assuming Supervisor duties in their absence, and they will build positive relationships within the supply chain team and throughout the facility, placing an emphasis on customer service.

This role maintains required inventory management processes and meets supply needs by assuring accurate and prompt ordering and delivery to departments with emphasis on urgent needs. May be required to fill shifts at other facilities when necessary due to need/staffing shortages.
