Posting Note: Looking for experienced, compassionate and motivated RN’s to join our amazing ED team! The Avondale Emergency Department is a 40-bed ancillary, level IV trauma ED in the Southwest Valley. The ED provides high quality family-centered care to a wide range of diagnoses, illnesses and injuries. Registered Nurses work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to care for patients. Clinical leadership is available on both days and nights to provide ongoing support. The level IV trauma and ED environment requires those with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, excellent communication and teamwork, as well as the desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic setting. Previous pediatric ED, acute, or critical care experience preferred. This will be a full-time nights position (7pm - 730am).

This position works in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient and family to promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing care appropriate to patients age and condition as documented in the nursing and medical plans of care in accordance with evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards and hospital goals, values and regulatory standards.
