Clinical Pharmacist - Critical Care

Posting Note: We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist to join our Thomas Campus team, specializing in pediatric critical care. This role requires proven expertise in both pediatrics and critical care, with the ability to manage complex medication needs for high-acuity patients in an inpatient setting. Position Highlights: - Schedule: 8-hour shifts, providing the opportunity to make a direct impact during non-traditional hours. Requirements: - Pediatric and critical care pharmacy experience preferred. - Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency preferred. This position oversees the daily activities of the medication management process and provides comprehensive pharmacy services to patients from neonate to young adulthood while performing the duties of a registered pharmacist as defined by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy and Phoenix Children’s. This position also ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations as well as proper storage and documentation. This position receives supervision and leadership oversight from Inpatient Pharmacy leaders.
