Clinical Pharmacist – Critical Care

Posting Note: Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-1 residency or equivalent inpatient pharmacy staffing experience primarily in a critical care setting preferred. Pediatric experience preferred but not required. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced inpatient clinical staff pharmacist with a background in critical care to join our team at the Thomas Campus. This role supports both central and decentralized pharmacy services, contributing directly to high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. Incentives include relocation assistance for qualified candidates and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.
This position oversees the daily activities of the medication management process and provides comprehensive pharmacy services to patients from neonate to young adulthood while performing the duties of a registered pharmacist as defined by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy and Phoenix Children’s. This position also ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations as well as proper storage and documentation. This position receives supervision and leadership oversight from Inpatient Pharmacy leaders.
