Clinical Pharmacist

Posting Note: We are currently seeking to hire a PRN variable Clinical Pharmacist. Hours vary from: 5:30am to 2:00pm, 6:30am to 3:00pm, 2:00pm to 10:30pm and 2:30pm to 11:00pm.

This position oversees the daily activities of the medication management process and provides comprehensive pharmacy services to patients from neonate to young adulthood while performing the duties of a registered pharmacist as defined by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy and Phoenix Children’s Hospital. This position also ensures compliance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations as well as proper storage and documentation. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Pharmacy Services for daily staffing and operations duties and annual evaluation. The position receives clinical supervision and direction from the Manager, Clinical Pharmacy Services and is professionally accountable to the Chief of Pharmacy Services.

Clinical Pharmacist Spec-Crit Care

This is an advanced level clinical specialist position responsible for the provision of departmental and organizational clinical pharmacy services and leadership for Critical Care. This position provides comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to patients from neonate to adulthood while performing the duties of a registered pharmacist as defined by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy and Phoenix Childrens Hospital. This position reports directly to the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services for hiring, termination, clinical practice direction and annual evaluation. The position receives operations direction and supervision from the Director of Pharmacy Services and is professionally accountable to the VP, Chief Pharmacy Officer.
