As a Pharmacist, you'll play a pivotal role in our inpatient pharmacy environment, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for children. Enjoy a rotating schedule of evening and day shifts, including every third weekend and coverage for 2 holidays per year. We offer opportunities for advancement, with positions ranging from Clinical Pharmacist I, Clinical Pharmacist II, to Senior Clinical Pharmacist, based on experience and additional training. This position oversees the daily activities of the medication management process and provides comprehensive pharmacy services to patients from neonate to young adulthood while performing the duties of a registered pharmacist as defined by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy and Phoenix Children’s. This position also ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations as well as proper storage and documentation. This position receives supervision and leadership oversight from Inpatient Pharmacy leaders.
