Posting Note: Patient Access Representative (Part-Time, Weekends Only) We are in search of a team-work focused Patient Access Representative who is motivated and customer service driven to support our children and families. This role plays a vital part in creating a positive experience for patients at check-in and throughout their visit. The location of this role will be at the Urgent Care center in Mesa, AZ (Cadence Pkwy and Ellsworth Rd). The Patient Access Representative performs efficient and orderly registration of all patients. Acts as primary liaison for patients receiving professional and hospital services at Phoenix Children's. Prepares admission forms, obtains necessary documentation and signatures, and confirms demographic information when the patient and/or guarantor present for services. Collects co-pay and deductible amounts at time of service. Some travel from site to site may be necessary based on business needs of the department.

Posting Note: Patient Access Representative (Part-Time | Emergency Department at Arrowhead | DAYS) Join the Phoenix Children's Emergency Department team as a Patient Access Representative and play a vital role in creating a positive experience for patients and families from the moment they arrive. As a Patient Access Rep, this position will work days from 6:30am - 7:00pm with a rotating weekends schedule. Weekend differentials will apply! To ensure your success, the first week of training is required Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM at Phoenix Children's Main Campus before transitioning onto location at Arrowhead.
