This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, communicates clearly and professionally, and is highly comfortable using technology to manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities in a clinical setting. Primary Responsibilities: Answering the clinical call line and triaging patient inquiries Assisting with documentation requests (e.g., FMLA, disability paperwork) Reviewing and processing patient referrals Supporting the submission of medication prior authorization requests Creating Docusign forms and managing electronic signatures Reviewing patient charts and documenting appropriately Communicating with patients and team members via secure platforms Performing other administrative Medical Assistant duties as needed Qualifications: Medical Assistant School Diploma RMA (AMA) or CMA (AAMA) certified or be willing and eligible to obtain within 90 days of employment Current BLS certification for Health Care Professionals from American Heart Association

This position requires current and continuous certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (CMA) or American Medical Technologists (RMA) in the field of Medical Assisting or the ability to acquire within 90 days of hire. Anyone hired prior to 11/30/2021 has one year from their date of hire to obtain their required Medical Assistant Certification.
