This position is primarily administrative, offering the opportunity to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams while supporting patient care through coordination, communication, and workflow management. Primary Responsibilities: Developmental Pediatrics Manage the clinical call line and respond to patient inquiries. Process and coordinate patient forms requests. Provide occasional patient rooming when additional clinical coverage is needed. Neuropsychology Review incoming referrals for completeness and appropriate processing. Distribute educational materials and resources to referring providers. Support referral coordination and communication with internal and external partners. Additional Responsibilities Perform other administrative Medical Assistant duties as assigned. Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to support efficient clinic operations. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service in all interactions. Required Qualifications Education Graduate of a Medical Assistant program accredited by CAAHEP, ABHES, or another school approved by the Department of Education; or Current Medical Assistant certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (CMA) or American Medical Technologists (RMA) in lieu of graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program. Certifications Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers through the American Heart Association.
