This leadership role requires a strong clinical background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to support daily clinic operations while delivering exceptional patient care. Minimum Qualifications Current Medical Assistant certification is required. Only the following certifications will be accepted: Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through American Medical Technologists (AMT) Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) No other Medical Assistant certifications will be considered. Minimum one (1) year of Lead Medical Assistant experience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting. Minimum one (1) year of experience assisting with in-office procedures, including minor surgical procedures (e.g., excisions, biopsies, mole removals, or similar procedural support). Demonstrated experience supervising or directing staff, including assigning daily workflow, supporting staffing needs, and overseeing day-to-day clinic operations. Preferred Experience Dermatology experience strongly preferred. Candidates from specialties such as ENT, Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, Primary Care, or other procedural specialties with hands-on experience assisting with in-office procedures are encouraged to apply. Experience preparing procedure trays, maintaining procedural supplies, and supporting providers during minor office-based procedures.
