This position assists with the coordination and administration of provider compensation activities including compensation reviews, production reporting, Schedule B updates, and incentive calculations. The role works closely with compensation leadership and operational partners to ensure accurate provider data, support compensation modeling activities, and respond to provider and management inquiries.
