Posting Note: This is a PRN position that covers various shifts, including nights and weekends. The candidate will be required to work four on-call shifts per month and one 8-hour shift per month.
This position provides religious/spiritual assessment and intervention for patients and families in accordance with the family`s identified spiritual needs. Collaborates with multidisciplinary staff and external faith leaders to coordinate services and ritualistic ceremonies as requested.

Injury Prevention Specialist-ATV Safety and Teen Driving

Posting Note: This position will train on injury prevention as it relates to Teen Driving and ATV Safety. This is a grant funded position. Prefer someone who has experience driving ATV's and likes working outdoors. Prefer someone with experience teaching Teens. Must be able to create and deliver presentations. Need a valid driver's license. Must be able to work weekends.
This position is responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of injury prevention efforts that meet individual, group, provider, organization, and community need. The position interfaces with the community as an ambassador of the hospital and Phoenix Children’s staff. The position fulfills job expectations by completing targeted needs assessments, providing strategic and effective interventions, and evaluating and researching program impact.
