This position provides guidance and coordination of all activities related to achieving and sustaining Magnet designation—advancing nursing excellence and professional practice across the system. The Magnet Program Manager will oversee the Magnet gap analysis, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, manage the application and document submission process, and promote nursing engagement through professional governance, education, and recognition initiatives. This leader partners closely with nursing leadership and the Chief Nursing Executive to align Magnet standards with organizational goals and outcomes.
