Work Arrangement: This is a fully onsite, in-office position. The selected candidate is expected to work onsite Monday through Friday during scheduled business hours.
Required Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
Seven (7) or more years of administrative experience supporting senior-level executives.
Previous project management experience managing multiple complex and strategic organizational priorities and initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in a Windows environment, including the Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Demonstrated experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced, complex organization.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to senior executive leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role requires a proactive, polished professional who thrives in managing multiple priorities, exercises sound judgment, and maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience supporting executive-level leaders, with demonstrated success managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and executive communications, handling confidential information, and anticipating the needs of busy executives. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently are essential.
Candidates should possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, be highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications, and have the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization. Experience supporting multiple executives in a dynamic, high-volume environment is strongly preferred.
This position is fully in-office and requires an individual who enjoys working collaboratively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams in a professional office setting. Regular onsite presence is essential to effectively support executives, coordinate meetings, and respond to the day-to-day needs of leadership.

The Senior Executive Assistant provides advanced-level administrative support and organization to executives at the Senior Vice President or Executive Vice President level and ensures the efficient and effective provision of data and information. This position acts independently and is privy to the organization's confidential information. In addition, this position organizes schedules, manages deadlines, pays close attention to details and exhibits professional customer service skills to internal customers, as well as external visitors and/or organizations.
