Posting Note: We are seeking a detail-oriented and fast-paced Medical Scribe to support our surgical providers in a busy clinic setting. This role would be ideal for senior year or gap year medical students who can commit to working Monday–Friday. The Medical Scribe will be responsible for real-time documentation and narrative typing during clinic visits, requiring strong multitasking skills, accuracy, and typing speeds of at least 65 WPM (higher preferred). Clinic hours are typically 8am–5pm, with opportunities to start early or stay late based on clinic volumes and documentation needs. Candidates selected after screening will participate in a virtual interview process, including a live typing assessment, spelling test, and mock scribing scenario with the Practice Supervisor, followed by additional team interviews if selected to move forward.
