Posting Note: This front-facing position (hours from 8am – 5pm) provides a cheerful, welcoming greeting for Foundation visitors and handles incoming and outbound phone calls in an efficient, helpful, and friendly manner. Other responsibilities include receiving faxes, mail, and shipments and distributing them appropriately. This position maintains a clean front office reception area and meeting rooms, maintains security by following procedures and monitoring logbook, and assists with stocking office supplies. Use of Raiser's Edge database for updating donor contact information and a general knowledge of Foundation events and activities to provide the best possible customer experience will be required. The ideal candidate is dependable, has excellent customer service skills with both external and internal customers and must be comfortable with dealing with the public. Also required is experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual candidate desired.
