Position Summary

Posting Note: Hybrid Position. Must have valid Driver's License to do some local travel between sites.

This position supports hospital enterprise-wide network and Telecom Environment.

Position Duties

  • Designs and implements Enterprise-wide Telecom Network
  • Architect, install and maintain several local and remote telephony and voice mail related hardware and software systems supporting the Hospital Network
  • Perform Telecom/Network Migration from legacy systems (Nortel) to the Cisco Call Manager solution
  • Operational MAC (Move, Add,Changes) support for end users
  • Mentors Telecom Engineer I position
  • Participates in on-call coverage and implementation support as required for project implementations and production systems and end-user support.
  • Designs and Implements Call Centers for multiple business units
  • Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
