Position Summary
This position coordinates and oversees the ordering, receiving, and distribution of all materials and supplies for Family-Centered care programs across the Phoenix Children’s enterprise to ensure ongoing maintenance of proper stock levels in accordance with established standards.
Position Duties

Coordinates inventory management for Family-Centered Care Programs across the Phoenix Children’s enterprise.
- Prepares and coordinates ordering process for Toy Management system to ensure availability of required items, as requested by programs within the Division of Patient and Family-Centered Care.
- Maintains current inventory records by decrementing and incrementing items to reflect activity levels to provide for continuously available accurate information.
- Completes purchases on eRequest utilizing assigned funds and allocating to appropriate sub accounts.
- Receives and inventories items upon delivery to ensure accuracy.
- Distributes items according to unit toy orders and PARs, as established by the Toy Management system.

Coordinates receipt, transport, sorting, organization, and distribution of in-kind donations.
- Loads, transports, and unloads donations.
- Greets and thanks donors by name when possible.
- Administers, collects, and signs In-Kind Donation forms and ensures information is complete.
- Functions as a liaison with the clinics and the community for the distribution of excess items.
- Assists with donation requests via phone and email in a timely manner. Coordinating delivery, as needed

Supervision of volunteers for the Toy Management system and donations.
- Trains, orients, supervises, and supports volunteers.
- Delegates duties to volunteers to support Toy Management and donation systems.
- Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
