Position Summary

Posting Note: We’re seeking a Grants Coordinator to manage grant activities, including expense reports and program outcomes. In this role, you'll oversee reporting systems, ensure accurate data input, and collaborate with various departments to meet funders' requirements. The Grants Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing grant-related activities, including expense reports, data collection, and program outcome monitoring. This position provides oversight of all reporting and database systems, developing, customizing, maintaining, and administering multiple databases. The role involves ensuring accurate data input and collaborating with program leadership to meet grant funders` reporting requirements. Additionally, the Grant Coordinator partners with various departments to coordinate reporting processes and work closely with program administrators, foundation staff, and finance to ensure accurate financial grant reporting and compile program progress and outcomes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to improving healthcare outcomes through the efficient management of grant-funded projects.

Position Duties

  1. Coordinates and conducts data collection activities as per grant requirements.
    • Ensures accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data collection processes.
    • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to gathers necessary data points.
  2. Manages and tracks grant-related expenditures.
    • Prepares detailed and accurate expense reports in adherence to grant guidelines.
    • Monitors budget allocations and ensures expenditures are within approved limits.
  3. Compiles and analyzes collected data to generate insightful reports.
    • Creates presentations and reports for grant compliance and progress updates.
    • Communicates findings effectively to stakeholders, including senior management.
  4. Assists in grant proposal development and submission as needed.
    • Maintains organized records of grant-related documentation and correspondence.
    • Ensures compliance with grant regulations and reporting requirements.
  5. Works closely with clinical and administrative staff to facilitate grant objectives.
    • Coordinates meetings and communications related to grant activities.
    • Fosters positive relationships with external partners and funding agencies.
    • Provides administrative support to grant program leadership.
  6. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
