This position provides project management and analytical support for enterprise-wide issues that support quality, patient safety, infection prevention and regulatory topics. Duties include project coordination for publicly reported data, national surveys, and creation of databases, worksheets, and data analysis, as well as communicating with various levels of staff and presenting data and outcomes.

Position Duties

  • Accurate and effective Project Coordination of Safety and Quality Initiatives
    1. Independently manages multiple complex projects that support quality and safety efforts from initial set up to house wide roll using problem solving, effective judgement and decision making as needed.
    2. Accuracy collects a variety of data components, and creates a repository of results with appropriate analysis for use internally and external to PC.
    3. Works with proficiency and expertise to build data and quality metrics that support high reliability throughout organization.
    4. Works in an autonomous, independent, and professional manner.
    5. Collaborates with internal stakeholders.
    6. Creates summaries, presentations and reports integrating graphical formats that are understandable and accurate.
  • Support of Quality and Safety Improvement Efforts
    1. Creates or monitors all project communications from the project owners to assure that regular updates occur.
    2. Applies critical thinking, advanced problem solving to address complex issues.
  • Manages & Coordinates High Complexity Projects with Project Stakeholders
    1. Schedules and documents regular meetings with the project team to ensure that project tracks on time and within scope.
    2. Tracks issues to ensure resolution within the project timeline.
  • Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
