Position Summary
The Family Centered Care Impact Coordinator is responsible for providing programmatic support for donor funded programs and services that prioritize family centered care and enhance the patient experience. The coordinator provides dedicated effort to plan, budget, coordinate, implement, and document donor funded initiatives at Phoenix Children’s.

Position Duties

Project Management/Event Coordination
- a.Provides project management support for family centered events and programs
- b.Develops project guides to ensure routine events are easily repeatable
- c.Works with Division leadership and Foundation to establish event budgets and ensure all events are accounted for in the annual budget season and allocated to the appropriate months

Program Coordination
- a.Assists with the coordination of all donor sponsored events that prioritize family centered care and enhance the patient experience
- b.Works cross-functionally with other operational departments to manage interdepartmental communication regarding FCC programs and service
- c.Oversees the development of the Family Centered Care annual report

Family Engagement
- a.Collects patient stories detailing the impact of family centered care programs and services
- b.Serves a liaison between patients and families, the division leadership and the Phoenix Children’s Foundation
- c.Ensures appropriate HIPPA compliant interactions with patients and Phoenix Children`s special guests
- d.Works cross-functionally to ensure patient and family knowledge of relevant programs, services, and special events

Financial Management
- a.Ensures the monitoring, analyzing and reconciling of grant activity funds for all identified funds
- b.Collaborates with leadership to serve as grant liaison to the Foundation

Data Reporting
- a.Oversees and regularly analyzes patient experience data
- b.Collaborates with IT for required reporting and metrics needed for reports to the Foundation
- c.Analyzes patient and family feedback to identify opportunities to highlight the impact family centered events and services with community partners
- d.Participates actively and provides data, action planning and other administrative leadership to key meetings and communications
- Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
