Position Summary

The Business Systems Support Analyst provides day to day production support for the coordination, quality assurance, and approval of forms requests and maintenance for clinical and business systems. Core responsibilities include build, testing, and maintenance of forms in various systems while maintaining regulatory and legal compliance. This position reports to the Manager of Revenue Cycle Systems.

Position Duties

  1. With general guidance, this position is responsible for creation, maintenance, and support of all forms used in the enterprise.
    • Builds, Maintains, and updates 1200+ paper forms, electronic forms, dashboards, websites, and libraries for the enterprise.
    • Works collaboratively with Providers, Practice Managers, Administrators, IT Teams, and staff to maintain continuity of forms maintenance. Serves as a liaison between all enterprise teams for form related requests.
    • Tests, maintains, and troubleshoots issues related to forms.
    • Schedules and Coordinates monthly forms committee meetings on behalf of the enterprise.
  2. Provides technical assistance and training for enterprise users in relation to forms requests. Documents and executes project plans in accordance with enterprise standards. Assesses form utilization enterprise wide.
    • Troubleshoots forms issues and escalates to Manager when additional appropriate support is needed.
    • Assesses overall scope of forms related project requests and deliverables to identify system impacts and estimates level of effort.
    • Provides enterprise training to other users around the forms request, creation, modification, and deletion process.
    • Builds new forms as needed for the enterprise.
    • Assesses forms utilization across the enterprise to identify unauthorized use of forms.
  3. Serves as a liaison to the enterprise to ensure forms currently in use forms are meeting business needs and proactively identifies and communicates enhancement opportunities.
    • Serves as the primary resources for communication to operational partners to optimize forms and eliminate unnecessary fields on forms.
    • Logs requests received and ensures they are addressed within required timelines.
    • Adheres to standards, tracks and reports inconsistencies in form use to management teams on a regular basis.
    • Recommends form enhancement opportunities to stakeholders and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient modifications.
  4. Documents and executes test plans including unit, integrated, end to end and user acceptance.
    • Leads form testing process across multiple systems.
    • Documents testing failures and coordinates follow-up with applicable stakeholders.
    • Proactively communicates go-live dates to stakeholders of new created or modified forms.
  5. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
