Position Summary

Posting Note: The ideal candidate for the Pharmacy System Analyst positions must have retail pharmacy experience and 3 or more years of experience with implementation, maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software of Pharmacy systems such as QS1, Pioneer, Allscripts Pharmacy, Omnicell, Abacus Rx and EHR Medication Order build. The analyst is responsible for change control, testing and validation to ensure integrity and accuracy of ADT and billing. Must live locally in the Phoenix area.

Performs activities related to the design, build, implementation, and support for the clinical based applications. Provides general analysis of one or more applications and procedures within the healthcare setting. Performs work that tends to be of low to moderate technical and clinical complexity. Acts as a liaison between the Information Technology department and organizational units to tailor the Clinical System to meet the unique needs of the Hospital

    • Troubleshoots, solves and documents incidents using the hospital ticketing system
    • Prepares support documentation, test plans, basic specifications, and task plans
