Position Summary

Posting Note: The Operations Analysts will work closely with our Operations Managers in any of our 12 medical clinics located throughout the Phoenix Metro area , including Cottonwoood, AZ. You will enjoy working on building reports, analyzing, and mining data to increase workflow productivity, identifying key trends, and other process improvement efforts. You will be comfortable working with MS products, in particular EXCEL and WORD. This position requires a presence at one of our clinics to address unexpected challenges or to provide training from time to time. Schedule: M-F 8:00-5:00 Location: Remote but you must reside in the Phoenix Metro area and be avaialble to visit the clinics as the business requires. Requirements: Bachelor’s in business, Health Administration or related field or combination of education and experience. Three years of management experience in ambulatory practice . Solid knowledge of Operations as well as previous work experience developing and extracting reports, data mining, revising workflows using Excel (proficient level required) and providing training. You must be comfortable working with all levels of leadership and can simplistically explain data mining results. Previous experience working in a pediatric clinic is preferred.

Responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and providing day-to-day operational support to office leadership. Provides pointed operational, business process, workflow, and data analysis to Clinic Supervisor/Managers, Directors of Operations, and Senior Leadership.

Position Duties

  1. Creates and maintains operational business data.
    • Ad hock reports to support leadership of Phoenix Children’s Pediatrics.
    • Assisting with onboarding of clinic managers and leads to familiarize themselves with reporting.
    • Prepares various project reports for management and key stakeholders by collection, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
    • Develops and delivers progress reports, required and presentations. Creates graphs and analytics, maps and presentation slides.
    • Manages and designs processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Participation in development of ambulatory standards and process improvement initiatives.
    • Analyze workflows and contribute to the team's ability to provide meaningful advice to leadership through its efforts to improve cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency at the departmental level.
    • Identifies clinics not following standard operating model and collaborates to implement and overcome barriers
    • Assists with the development of employee performances and operation standards.
    • Partners with leadership to achieve clinical quality targets with reporting resources and operational support.
  3. Supports all practice leaders with operational needs or requests.
    • Partners with leadership to achieve clinical quality targets with reporting resources and operational support.
    • Provides support as needed for clinic acquisitions and other various high-level
    • projects.
    • Serves as the first point of contact for operational needs from managers and/or supervisors.
  4. Exhibits commitment to improving service and product quality for day to day operations.
    • Manages and designs processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Continually coaches employees on established customer relations program by conducting quarterly audits and reporting to leadership.
