This position supports hospital enterprise-wide network and security environments.

1. Provides day-to-day Network support. Proactively monitors the network and network services systems and resolves issues in a timely manner. Escalates issues as appropriate.
2. Analyzes, plans, designs, and implements network solutions on an enterprise-class network environment.
3. Conducts site surveys at the Main and Remote campuses in wired and wireless environments.
4. Responds to requests for assistance from users in a professional manner and in accordance with established procedures.
5. Participates in on-call coverage and implementation support as required for project implementations and production systems and end-user support.
6. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
