HR Coordinator
Position Details
Position Summary
This position provides a specified range of professional and operational support within the Human Resources functions including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee and Physician Relations, Innovation and Learning, and/or Human Resources Administration.
Position Duties
- Provides day-to-day support to assigned HR functional department(s) including administrative support (e.g., managing schedules and meetings, updating departmental intranet site, etc.), assisting with onboarding efforts of new employees, researching various HR-related issues, etc..
- Interacts with and provides general information and assistance in response to inquiries and requests from internal and external customers as well as vendors.
- Assists in the maintenance of confidential HR files and records to ensure consistently current and accurate documentation.
- Compiles reports and analyzes data.
- Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
