Position Duties

  1. Works with Corporate Development Team to secure, plan and execute new partner campaigns and fund raising events. Coordinate campaign execution, speaking opportunities, fund raising ideas, donor recognition and ongoing donor communication including:
    • Assists with events and campaigns, sets up systems, tracks donations, works with Marketing/Communications on campaign promotion and Donor Relations/Stewardship to provide timely and meaningful post-event recognition
    • Coordinates kick-off meetings, tours and donor activities. Adds innovative ideas to keep meetings fresh for partners and increase engagement
    • Helps onboard new corporate partner relationships and builds strategy to implement campaign elements and grows revenue
    • Creates custom campaign materials to increase engagement and exposure
    • Monitors progress throughout campaign and identifies growth opportunities through store visits, calls and donor check-ins
  2. Works with Manager, Corporate Development, to develop strategies for corporate prospects and partners to increase revenue and donor acquisition including:
    • Cultivates key relationships with new, existing and prospective partners
    • Develops annual plan that includes growth strategies for partners and new fund raising ideas
    • Develops customized proposals and fund raising presentations for prospects in order to help Corporate Development Officers secure new donors and gifts
    • Sets up meetings, tours and follow ups on proposals
  3. Works with Support Services to facilitate team needs and meets partner and prospect expectations including:
    • Tracks campaign and event deliverables for partner recaps
    • Develops processes and templates that can be used by Corporate Development Team, including but not limited to campaign communication, partner stewardship, cultivation touchpoints and internal communication
    • Inputs, tracks and manages requests via internal project management system
    • Inputs new prospect and partner information and activity in RE database
    • Assists with Corporate Development revenue tracking, prospect and partner lists
  4. Provides direction to Administrative Assistant to assist with Corporate Development projects including campaigns, donor recognition, meetings and events.
  5. Works with other PCH Foundation staff to support key events/campaigns and help meet fund raising goals, including:
    • Assists with Media and Special events with telethon, radiothons and signature events
    • Assists Account Management with onboarding and transition of new partnerships
  6. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
