Position Summary

Posting Note: **Strong event coordinating background a must as this role will be managing all logistics for employee Learning/Training workshops both onsite and offsite (reserve meeting space/food, invoicing, creating/managing attendance rosters.**

This position provides a specified range of professional and operational support within the Human Resources functions including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee and Physician Relations, Innovation and Learning, and/or Human Resources Administration.

Position Duties

  1. Provides day-to-day support to the HR functional departments including researching and analyzing various HR related issues and supporting the functional areas assigned: Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee and Physician Relations, Innovation and Learning, and/or Human Resources Administration.
  2. Provides general information and assistance in response to inquiries and requests from internal and external customers.
  3. Enters and maintains employee data within the HRIS system. Assists in the maintenance of confidential HR files and records to ensure consistently current and accurate documentation.
  4. Compiles reports and analyzes data.
  5. Interacts with all levels of employees as well as vendors.
  6. Provides a variety of diversified administrative support to the department to enhance its efficient and effective operation.
  7. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
