Position Summary

Position is responsible for diagnosing organizational development needs, developing plans to address those needs, and working with leadership to effectively implement workable solutions. Includes leadership development, physician and physician leader development, and staff development.

Position Duties

  1. Diagnoses organizational learning and developmental needs, develops plans to address those needs, and works with leadership to effectively implement workable solutions.
  2. Creates innovative and targeted development programs designed to enable the workforce to further PCH’s strategic priorities.
  3. Designs and oversees PCH’s performance management and succession planning programs.
  4. Develops and oversees PCH’s employee survey/feedback programs, coordinating effectively with the VP Employee/Physician Relations.
  5. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.

Position Qualifications

1. Masters Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources Management. Required
2. PHD in Organizational Development or Organizational Psychology. Preferred
Do you meet this requirement?
1. 10+ years leadership experience in Organizational Development in a large healthcare organization (3,000+ employees). Required
2. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a strategic approach to organizational development. Required
3. Previous experience working with physicians and physician leadership. Preferred
4. Previous experience working with executives and executive leadership. Preferred
