1. Maintains cost accounting system, labor and cost RVUs and establishes validation techniques.
2. Conducts special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepares recommendations to assist management in effort to implement improved measurements and controls.
3. Interprets financial and operational data, supports operational review meetings, meets with leadership when necessary.
4. Provides primary expertise for PCH data within the decision support enterprise data repository regarding integration, interpretation, and use. Reviews loaded data for reasonableness.
5. Serves as independent internal special project consultant conducting special financial/accounting studies and/or projects related to costing. Prepares reports of findings and recommendations as appropriate.
6. Supports Divisional PCH financial analysis needs, pro formas, project analysis, and new program analysis.
7. Works closely with management to gather, analyze, summarize and prepare recommendations of financial plans, trends, and operating forecasts.
8. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
