Position Summary
The Enterprise Experience Specialist supports initiatives that celebrate achievements, boost engagement, and foster connection to improve workforce experience. In partnership with HR, leaders, and employees, this role aligns recognition and experience strategies with Phoenix Children’s mission, vision, and values and tracks key performance indicators to drive continuous program improvement.
Position Duties

Program Coordination & Administration
Supports core recognition programs including Recognition Platforms leadership points, service milestones, Awards such as Daisy Award Program, Quality and Safety, and Patient Experience and others —ensuring alignment with Phoenix Children’s mission and values.
Supports the ongoing administration and experience of recognition programs by coordinating vendor relationships, assisting with contract renewals and Request for Proposal (RFP) activities, and maintaining program documentation and standard operating procedures. Identifies opportunities to improve workforce experience, workflows, streamline processes, and enhance the participant experience through operational efficiencies and feedback from employees and stakeholders. Maintains and coordinates policy compliance. Tracks and manages taxation coordination with Payroll for gifts. Helps support Wellness programming and new workforce experience events as needed. Follows up with PERC feedback to improve workforce experience. -
Communications and Customer Service
Provides responsive customer service through the Recognition inbox and other communication channels. Assists with employee platform access issues serving as a liaison between the vendor and employee. Creates and distributes quarterly recognition newsletter with support of Admin and leadership team. Supports new hire and new leader orientation presentation updates and delivery. -
Survey Administrative Duties
Coordinates and schedules meetings to support employee opinion survey, including participation tracking, reporting and pulse surveying as needed. -
Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
