Position Summary

The Senior Productivity Analyst plays a critical role in supporting operational efficiency and financial stewardship across the pediatric health system. This position is responsible for analyzing workforce productivity, optimizing staffing models, and ensuring alignment with budgeted position control systems within the ERP platform.

Position Duties

  • Labor Analytics & Performance Management
    • Analyzes labor productivity metrics across departments to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Supports monthly productivity reviews and variance analysis for leadership teams.
    • Develops and delivers reports and dashboards that support decision-making related to workforce utilization and cost containment.
  • ERP & Data Governance
    • Maintains and audits position control data within the ERP system to ensure accuracy and compliance with budgeted FTE allocations.
    • Assists in the implementation and optimization of ERP modules related to workforce management and financial planning.
    • Provides training and support to department leaders on interpreting productivity data and using ERP tools effectively.
  • Workforce Planning & Cross-Functional Alignment
    • Collaborates with HR, Finance, and Operations to align staffing plans with organizational goals.
    • Participates in cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and workforce planning.
  • Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.

1. Five (5) or more years of experience in healthcare analytics, workforce productivity, or financial analysis.

2. Hands-on experience with position control systems in a major ERP (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Lawson, SAP).

3. Experience in integrated health systems or large hospital networks.
