This position reports directly to the Director of Prospect Development and is an integral member of the Prospect Research and Decision Support teams. This person will work closely with the prospect researchers and data integrity specialist. Utilizes project management system for all ongoing project requests for the teams. Communicates, updates and timelines to Foundation staff. Uses Raiser’s Edge extensively to update donor and prospect records. Monitors online news alerts regarding Phoenix Children’s Hospital, donors, prospects, and industry updates. Reviews online and offline journals for news articles about PCH donors and prospects
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support and organization to department directors. The Administrative Assistant also performs a variety of administrative support functions for a department to provide for efficient, effective and customer service-focused operations.
