Position Summary

The position works alongside other key members of the PCH senior executive team, to develop and implement effective strategic plans for PCH and its key service lines.

Position Duties

  1. Assesses PCH’s operational and strategic performance, conducting organizational reviews and collaborating with key members of the leadership team to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that will influence the long-term direction of the organization.
  2. Monitors and analyzes industry trends and market changes, identifying and communicating expansion opportunities, competitive threats, and viability of outside business partners.
  3. Provides support and insight into proposed organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus, mergers and acquisitions)
  4. Facilitates key stakeholder meetings and educate executives, board members and community partners using effective forecasting tools and analytical models.
  5. Engages effectively with aligned and non-aligned parties, both within and outside of PCH, to ensure appropriate input, understanding and execution of the organization’s strategic plan.
  6. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
