Position Summary

Position Duties

  1. Solicits, develops, cultivates and manages workplace giving relationships with new corporate partners and donors, including -
    • Prospect for new corporate giving partners by networking, cold calls or other outreach
    • Generate revenue to reach targets
    • Prepares and implements a detailed fiscal year plan that includes goal setting with strategies and tactics to increase participation and fund raising
    • Re-establishes corporate workplace giving efforts and oversee retention campaigns
    • Work with Development and Account Management teams to identify new workplace giving opportunities within existing corporate partnerships
    • Develops relationships with Human Resources and Employee Campaign/Workplace Giving Managers within the outside corporate partners
    • Keeps accurate records of all partnerships. Forecast and track key metrics
    • Works with Manager and Corporate Prospect Researcher to identify pipeline of prospects
    • Researches and develops workplace giving marketing programs and ideas to achieve Foundation fund raising goals
  2. Collaborate with Donor Experience and Decision Support teams to provide full service Marketing & Communications, PR, Digital, Donor Relations and reporting requirements for partners and donors, including -
    • Internal liaison between partners and donors and Donor Experience and Decision support teams
    • Creates customized corporate solicitation strategies based on strategic philanthropic and marketing objectives
    • Provides direction and collaborates with support team to develop and produce promotional materials to be used with corporate partners and donors, including but not limited to proposals, POS materials, videos, event collateral, digital and social media
    • Creates meaningful, timely and customized recognition for partners
    • Collaborates with support teams for partnership action plans and timelines, execution and fulfillment, systems to track results, ensure accurate reporting and information within the support systems relative to account portfolio
    • Oversee employee engagement and volunteer opportunities for corporate partners and donors
    • Represents PCH at community meetings, special events, and PCH donors tours
  3. Assist with internal PCH “We’ve Got Heart” campaign
  4. As part of the Foundation team, works with the CDO, VP's and Directors for the smooth, effective and strategic operations of the Foundation, including
    • Aids the entire Foundation in meeting its strategic and fund raising goals
    • Assists in the implementation of other Foundation initiatives, including major events, donor relations programs, kick-offs and tours
    • Develops expertise in Hospital Centers of Excellence and service lines
    • Assumes other responsibilities as appropriate
  5. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
