Position Duties

  1. SOCIAL MEDIA CREATION & EXECUTION
    • Responsible for planning the social media calendar, creating or sourcing the content, keeping the social channels updated, active, timely and consistent with our brand
    • Work cross-team and cross-organizationally to develop a library of images, video and other marketing assets to keep social media followers engaged
    • Create recommendations and plans to customize social media content to attract various target audiences and to move followers to become ambassadors for our work and mission
    • Research effectiveness of social media working with appropriate analytics team members to obtain metric reports and develop plans for continued improvement
  2. DIGITAL MARKETING CONTENT
    • Responsible for the design and creation of email content (written and visual) and skilled at using the tools to deliver on e-blasts, e-mail campaigns, e-newsletters and other e-philanthropy initiatives
    • Design content and implement online advertising strategies and digital marketing campaigns
  3. WEBSITE CONTENT
    • Create, refresh, and manage website content, using the tools necessary and working collaboratively to build compelling web content. Write and/or edit articles and blogs and assist with other content and copy
    • Assist with quality control of online content to ensure design, style and brand standards consistency. Ensure web pages across the Foundations online properties are up to date and current
  4. MARKETING ASSETS CREATION
    • Work with vendors, internal teams and cross-organizationally to develop an appropriate library of visual and video assets
    • Take photographs and capture video to accompany content and for cross utilization in print publications
    • Attend events, campaign kickoffs and auxiliary-related meetings to capture assets for use in promotions, and to perform support activities
    • Manage and coordinate tasks for multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  5. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
