1. Manage and oversite of all of the various gift-processing work flows (cash, credit card, web, MobilePay, stock, in-kind, etc.) to ensure Raiser’s Edge date entry and acknowledgements are completed in a timely manner using the comprehensive tracking system in place.
2. Assists with gift data-entry and acknowledgment letters. Responsible for managing and/or collecting data from fund raising event gift processing operations as needed.
3. Develop and implement quality assurance practices and/or new processing systems through regular review, effective professional audit of data and data-entry standards.
4. Work closely with the Finance office to assist with Foundation-Finance gift reconciliation.
5. Participate and contribute to the formulation of the Foundation’s development planning as it pertains to; data standards, information systems, processes, policies and procedures, and related infrastructure support service.
6. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
