1. Oversees and develops pro forma and financial analysis for major strategic and growth programs for the hospital and executive leadership
2. Lead/Manage the decision support system by ensuring data integrity, table maintenance and coordination of system upgrades.
3. Development and maintenance of service line costing and reporting. Develop supply and cost utilization reports to monitor cost containment initiatives.
4. Manage department activities related to Productivity reporting, management, analysis and education. Provide benchmark reporting and analysis to establish and monitor departmental productivity standards used for FTE budgeting and flex reporting.
5. Coach and develop financial and productivity analysts by providing ongoing feedback to individuals
6. Assists with monthly financial reporting and budget development as needed
7. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
