Position Summary

The Marketing Technology Specialist uses a passion for technology to make a difference each day. Responsible for the successful implementation and continual improvement of PCH marketing technology service offerings. Evangelizes the use of technologies to solve business challenges across all PCH brands. Plays a key role supporting website technology initiatives and related online marketing tactics. Ensures marketing technologies are correctly launched, consistent with PCH brands, delivered on time and continually improved upon. Provides ongoing technical support by completing tasks such as developing training materials and offering feedback on potential improvements to services. The employee exhibits a strong combination of enthusiasm, creativity and technical expertise. Stays up to date with emerging marketing technologies. Exhibits genuine excitement for implementing solutions and personable customer service.

Position Duties

  1. Implements marketing technology services for optimal acceptance and use
    • Evangelizes the use of PCH marketing technology services to solve business challenges.
    • Proactively assists end users in setting up, installing and using PCH marketing technology services.
    • Develops training materials and documentation.
    • Monitors usage analytics, then develops and executes programs to improve usage of marketing technology services.
  2. Acts as a liaison between technology team, brand team and content team
    • Provides proactive communication to brand team and content team regarding service offerings.
    • Identifies opportunities to solve additional business challenges with new technology systems and/or more optimal use of existing systems and processes.
    • Supports Marketing Technology Manager by researching and recommending potential new value-add technology solutions that support PCH’s brand initiatives.
  3. Provides ongoing support for marketing technology services
    • Provides front-line support to users.
    • Assesses issues, addresses when possible, and documents issues for future improvements.
    • Works with stakeholders in a friendly and supportive manner.
  4. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
